Submit A Product
All of the products on the AIDb site go through a curation process, which begins with new submissions from users through the Submit a Product function.
Once you have signed up for an account and verified, you can select Submit a Product on the sidebar menu and begin the submission process. The follow step-by-step guide below explains the different elements.

Submit Page
When you submit a product to AIDb there is certain information that we require for the list.
Product Name - this is the company name, as communicated on their website and social accounts.
Product Tagline - you can often find the tagline for a product on their social media account/s or the homepage of their website.
Example: for AIDb you could put "The discovery layer for AI applications".
Product Description - this is a more detailed description of what the product does and aims to achieve. It is usually best to take this from the homepage or documentation of a product in its most idealised form.

Categories - these are tags that you can select from the chosen list, which will indicate how to group the product alongside similar projects. Please make sure to choose at least one category tag so that you can complete your submission.
URL - this is for the main website URL for the product. If there is no website available, then you can also include the primary social media account link here.
Status - choose whether the product is available to use now in 'Live Release' or is still 'In Development'.
Advanced Options
By opening up the Advanced Options tab, you can then enter some additional information about a product. These are all optional and do not need to be completed to submit a product.
Network/Chain - select the tags that relate to the onchain activity of a product (if applicable), for example Base or Solana are two common ones. If a product operates on multiple blockchains, then you can select more than one option.
Code Repo - put the URL here for any GitHub code repository or other website where the product code is available for people to view.
Documentation - link to the product Documentation (for example GitBook) or user guide.

Token Links - here you can indicated which onchain tokens (if any) are associated with a particular product. Choose the blockchain (e.g. Base) first and then post the Contract Address into the second field for verification. Multiple tokens, on the same or different chains, can be added in this manner. They will be verified by the AIDb curation team before display on a product page.

Team Info - here you can add Team members to a product page, by including the Name, Role and Social Profile link for different team members. It is recommended to just select two or three of the most prominent/senior team members for this purpose (e.g. CEO, CTO, Lead Developer).
Once you have completed the items above, you will be able to select Submit Product and then you will be taken to the Customize page to upload associated images. Note: if you are not able to select Submit Product, please make sure that the non-optional fields have been completed correctly (e.g. you have chosen at leat one Category tag).

Customize Your Listing
Once you have completed the first section of Submit A Product, you will be directed to the second page where you can upload images associated with the product.
App Icon - this will be the square icon/logo image for the product.
Product Banner - this is an image used for the top banner of the product listing page, as well as on other areas such as the product listings on the AIDb homepage.
Product Thumbnails - these should be screenshots of the product website and/or application, that will be displayed in the screenshot section of the product page.
Please take note of the guidelines for the images, as the dimensions of your uploads will impact the display of the images on the site. There is also a maximum upload size.
Once you have completed uploading images associated with the product you can click the Save button.
You will then be presented with a message that your submission was successful. Product submissions to AIDb go through a curation process to ensure that the information is correct before diplaying on the site. Please allow at least 24hrs for verification to occur.
