Welcome to AIDb. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AIDb website (https://useaidb.com), your user account, product pages, and all related technologies accessible through the platform ("Services") and operated by Eden Ltd.
By creating an account, submitting a product listing, or connecting a digital wallet or other third-party platform or social media accounts to use the AIDb platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You also agree to adhere to our Community Guidelines in regards to your actions on the platform. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Services.
1. Eligibility and Account Access
To use the Services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction),
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and
Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws, including those of your jurisdiction.
Access may be granted via:
Traditional account registration (email/password), or
Decentralized authentication, such as wallet-based login (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet etc.) or social media account verification (e.g. X, Farcaster etc.).
You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys, seed phrases, and access credentials. AIDb cannot recover lost keys or access credentials.
2. Use of Services
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Eden Ltd. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the AIDb website, platform and Services for personal or authorized business use.
You agree not to:
Use AIDB and its Services in connection with unlawful activity, including money laundering, financing terrorism, or fraud.
Exploit smart contracts, AI agents, or network vulnerabilities.
Upload malicious code, or interfere with other users, nodes, or services.
Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or monitor our platform without prior consent.
3. User Content & Blockchain Interactions
You are solely responsible for any content, data, smart contracts, prompts, or on-chain transactions you create or broadcast using AIDB.
By interacting with AIDB, you grant Eden Ltd. the right (within GDPR/CCPA-compliant limits) to store, process, and display your off-chain contributions (e.g., account information, review content, comments, website interactions, AI prompts, metadata etc.) solely for the purpose of improving the Services.
On-chain activity (wallet addresses, smart contracts, signatures) may be public and immutable and is not controlled by AIDB.
4. Wallets and Digital Assets
AIDB may provide access to third-party or self-hosted wallets and other platforms for interacting with blockchain networks. You acknowledge that:
You retain sole control and responsibility for any assets held in such wallets.
AIDb does not custody digital assets or keys.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible, and AIDB is not liable for any loss of assets due to incorrect inputs, contract errors, or malicious third parties.
5. Data Privacy (US & EU Compliance)
We are committed to compliance with:
The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), where applicable.
You have rights over your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing. Wallet addresses may be pseudonymous but may still qualify as personal data under GDPR.
We minimize personal data collection. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All AIDb code, design, branding, documentation, and non-user-generated content are protected intellectual property. You may not reuse or republish AIDb assets without explicit permission.
You retain ownership of your own content, comments and reviews, but AIDb has the right to use it (within limits) to operate or improve the platform.
7. Third-Party Tools and Protocols
AIDb may integrate with or link to decentralized protocols, DAOs, AI agents, oracles, products or third-party services. These are:
Used at your own risk, and
Governed by their own terms and smart contract logic.
AIDB disclaims responsibility for the behavior, uptime, or financial integrity of any third-party protocol or integration.
8. Service Availability & Beta Features

Be released in beta with limited support,
Change or be deprecated without notice,
Be experimental or unstable.
We make no guarantees of uninterrupted service and may suspend or modify access at any time.

You may stop using the Services at any time. AIDb reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if:
You violate these Terms,
You engage in fraudulent or illegal behavior, or
Continued access poses a risk to platform functionality, security or users.
Termination does not affect on-chain data or any rights you have under applicable law.
10. Disclaimers and Risk Notice
The AIDb platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” Use of blockchain technologies, decentralized applications, and AI systems comes with significant risks, including:
Loss of digital assets,
